Do Not Call List

How To

These instructions will provide a list of students that have a telephone marked for Do Not Call.

Menu Location

On the left navigation panel, select Student Master > Lists > Do Not Call List

Setup Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Phone-Type in a number to locate the student and the do not call requests.

Select Group to Print-The drop down arrow will give you a list to print (Student, Guardian,Father, or Mother. Click on the group needed for printing.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

Student`s Phone,Guardian`s Home Phone, Guardian`s Cell Phone, Father`s Home Phone, Father`s Cell Phone, Mother`s home Phone, Mother`s Cell Phone

Sub-headers Phone, Tardy, Attendance, Discipline, Grades, and Event. These are shown by the selection in the setup box.

1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
2. Print: To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.
3. Help: This takes you to written instructions.
