UAC – USER ACCOUNT CONTROLS
- Click on Start button
- Click on “Control Panel”
- Click on “User Accounts”
- Click on “Turn User Account Control – on or off”
- Make sure there is not a check in the box beside:
- Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
- Click “OK”
- Restart your Computer
