These instructions will show you how to generate an attendance summary report for your school.
Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
Under Lists, select Student Attendance Summary by Code.
Setup Box Option
If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
The next items are not found on the standard setup options document:
- Click the check box to Show Remote Only.
- If your school does NOT offer any remote classes, this feature does not apply.
- As a school that offers remote classes, by checking this box the list of students will be those from other schools in your district that attend classes on your campus. Students from your school will not be on the list if this box is checked.
- Include Students with No Absences
- Absence Codes - Refers to value not the description.
- Lunch Minutes
- Non-Instructional Minutes
- Full >= Percentage of the day considered a full day of absence.
- Half >= percentage of the day considered a half day of absence.
- Start Time - Time used as the Start of school. A time must be entered.
- End Time - Time used as the end of school. A time must be entered.
Click OK to move to the next screen.

To Print this Report
Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
The default print option will be PDF.
Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
