Print Master Schedule with Room video

How-to

  1. Select Scheduling, List and Print Master Schedule with Room.
  1. A setup box appears with the district defaulted.
  2. The school will be defaulted unless you are an AD 700 user, then you would have to click in the school cell to make the school selection/s.
  3. Stu Grades - Click in the cell to obtain a list of the grades- to select all grades click in the square to left of Value Cell, or it may be left blank to select all grades.
  4. Click OK.
  5. The headers will contain (Teacher name, Period 1 through Period 8, Room and Grade).
  6. Listed under each period is the scheduled course.
  7. Click Print and a Print Document box appears. Make the selection of pdf, xls, csv, or HTML, then click print. A print preview will appear. Click on the printer icon in the bottom right corner and then click Print again.
