This program gives a count of Leave Drop Exit Codes by school and the reasons for the Leave Drop Exit.


Getting Started

  1. On the left, click on Student Master.
  2. Under "Counts", select "Leave Drop Exit Codes Report"
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  4. Start Leave Date--Set to find students within a range of their leave dates.The date defaults to today`s date. This date may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or by clicking on the calendar to select a date.
  5. End Leave Date--Set to find students within a range of their leave dates.The date defaults to today`s date. This date may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or by clicking on the calendar to select a date.
  6. Start Birth Date--Set to find students within a range of their birth dates.The date defaults to today`s date. This date may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or by clicking on the calendar to select a date.
  7. End Birth Date--Set to find students within a range of their birth dates. The date defaults to today`s date. This date may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or by clicking on the calendar to select a date.
  8. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Definitions of Headers

  1. Dst--State district number.
  2. Sch--School of enrollment for those students counted on the report.
  3. Ttl L--Total Students with Leave Codes
  4. Ttl D--Total Students with a D(drop) Code.
  5. Ttl E--Total Students with an E(exit) Code.
  6. Ttl O--Total Students with no Matching Codes (i.e. neither D nor E).
  7. 01, 02, ......, 94--These are the drop codes listed in JCAMPUS that are linked to the state codes(second number listed) and the description.
  8. L0,L1,........L8--These are the leave codes listed in JCAMPUS that are linked to the state codes(second number listed) and the description.
  9. 20, 21, .......99--These are the exit codes listed in JCAMPUS that are linked to the state codes(second number listed) and the description.
  10. Recnum--Record number.


To Print this Report

  1. Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
  3. The default print option will be PDF.
  4. Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
  5. To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
  6. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
  7. Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.

Help--The Help button is not activated at this time.

Codes--Click on the Codes tab to get a complete listing of all codes listed in the headers.
