This program will provide for the user a way to report teacher certification and other data, for an automated report that a district provides to the Council of Great City Schools.

Student > Count > Greater Council Survey

Setup Options

Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.

District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to the user's district only.

School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.

Type - Click inside the box (see below) for a list to choose from.

Q - What do the certificate acronyms stand for?

A - The A, B, C certificates are Traditional Certificates. The Level 1, 2, and 3 replaced them several years ago, so they are older versions.

There are AN's which are Ancillary Certificates. These are considered stand alone certificates and they are not traditional.
