To enter an SBLC Code, fist select the student. The SBLC Code is located on the right side of Student Master.
To sort the Promoted/Retained SBLC Codes, select on the Description column header. This will put all of the Promoted SBLC codes together and all of the Retained SBLC codes together.

- O Promoted - Administrative Assignment
- 4 Promoted - Appeal Granted
- Q Promoted - Due to Limited Retention
- G Promoted - Failed LEAP - Option 3 HS GED Path
- 14 Promoted - Grade 8 to Transitional 9th
- 7 Promoted - IEP Decision
- C Promoted - Pending Course Credit
- 15 Promoted - Pending Results from Test Scores
- 16 Promoted - Pending State Assessment
- S Promoted - Pending Summer School
- P Promoted - Placed by School Committee - SBLC
- 2 Promoted - Placed in Options HS Campus
