  1. In the Calendar Editor, start with a clear screen.
  2. Choose the same School.
  3. Enter a different Calendar Code from the original school record.
  4. The remaining type 10 fields can be chosen to fit the new calendar's needs. Example: Class Periods can be different from the original school record.
  5. Grade levels can NOT be the same and/or overlap the original school record. All grade levels must be supported by the Sponsor Site Editor records.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. After clicking on Find, there will be two rows of the same school. Choose the newer school record.
  8. Now the Action>"Copy This Calendar Set" can be used to copy over the type 20-60 records to the additional school.
