This program will give the user an "Analysis Report for CTE" (Career Technical Education).
Menu
Grades > Reports > CTE Advisor Report
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to the user's district only.
School - Default value is based on the user's security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be the user's school site code.
Gender - Leave blank or select all to include all genders. Otherwise, choose the desired gender.
Ethnic - Leave blank or select all to include all ethnicities. Otherwise, choose the desired ethnicity.
Column - List columns that are to be viewed on the report.
Report Title - Type in title for report.
Runs Absences - Allows users to run/not run the absence portion of this report. If not selected, the Fall and Spring Absence columns will not display.
Show IBC Description - Select this option to show the description of the IBC code.
Report - The user can click in this box to select a report that was previously created.
Filters
Special Codes - Special Codes must have been entered into the Student Master record for students. Leave blank if all special codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Special Codes to select the desired special code(s) to view.
Program - Leave blank if all program codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Program Codes to select the desired program code(s) to view.
Custom Codes - Select custom codes created in the Custom Code Management to filter the student list.
Club - Extracurricular activities in which students may participate. Leave blank if all clubs are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Clubs to select the desired club(s) to view.
Sport - Leave blank if all sports are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Sports to select the desired sport(s) to view.
Counselor - Responsible for scheduling, testing, student grades and transcripts. Leave blank if all counselors are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Counselor to select the desired counselor(s) to view.
Team - This selection should only be used if your school is using Team Scheduling. Leave blank if all team names are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Teams to select the desired Teams(s) to view.
Active Only - Select the actively enrolled students only which means students with no leave codes.
Show Remote Scheduled - Display students who are remotely scheduled.
Sped:
All - Select this to show all students.
Sped Only - Select this to show Sped only students.
Non Sped - Select this to show Non Sped students
504:
All - Select this to show all students.
504 Only - Select this to show 504 only students.
Non 504 - Select this to show Non 504 students.
LEP:
All - Select this to show all students.
LEP Only - Select this to show LEP only students.
Non LEP - Select this to show Non LEP students.
OK - Click to continue.

Column Headers
School - Student's school of enrollment.
GD - Student's grade of enrollment.
SASID - Student's state assigned identification number.
SIDNO - Student's school identification number.
Student Name - Student's full name.
Path - Student's career path codes.
Career Options - Student's career options.
Code Description - Student's career path code and description.
IBC - IBC certification.
Abs Fall - Total number of student absences for fall term.
Abs Spring - Total number of student absences for spring term.
Leave Date - Student's leave date from the school.
Leave Code - Student's leave code from the school.
Leave Description - Student's leave code description.
Grad Date - School's graduation date.
Current Courses - Current courses with posted grades.

Bottom

Print - This will allow the user to print the report.

Q - What is the quickest way to easily identify our SPED and LEP students who are currently enrolled in CTE courses?
A - You can use the CTE Advisor Report and choose Special Ed only or LEP only, do not select both at once or it will only give you students with both Special Ed and LEP.
