The user can set perimeters for their type of graphs they are wanting to view. The dashboard will provide data based on these settings.

A user can select the settings they want for their graphs by clicking the Filter All Graphs On Dashboard Page.png in the upper right. The graphs on the page will change based on these settings.

Each graph will have an option to print Dashboard Graph Print.png, expand the view Dashboard Graph Enlarge.png, and a legend Dashboard Graph Legend.png. These are located in the top left corner of the graph when it is in Edit View Mode.

  • Print - Click the Dashboard Graph Print.png icon to view a print preview of the graph.
  • View Larger Size - Click the Dashboard Graph Enlarge.png icon to expand the size of the graph for easier viewing.
  • Legend - Click the Dashboard Graph Legend.png icon to view a more detailed view of the data from the graph.

Edit the Enrollment Graph

  1. To edit the enrollment graph on the Welcome Tab for current day counts, go to the Dashboard tab.
  2. NOTE: If the user does not have permission to Dashboard, then contact their district personnel.
  3. Select the "Welcome Screen" (not tab) from the top center selector area.
  4. If the Welcome Screen is not already displaying, then click in the top center selector area to see the "User Dashboard(s)" popup box and choose "Welcome Screen".
  5. Click on the "i" inspector icon to get the "Dashboard Inspector Setup" box.
  6. At the top, make sure the school "Year" field is the current year in numbers and not the words "Current Year".
  7. At the bottom, Active Only checkbox should be checked.
  8. Change the "As Of Date" to be blank.
  9. Click the "OK" button.
