This table is used to default in a points value on the disciplinarian screen.
- The points value should be zero if the points value times the number of days is not used.
- It will use the assigned value if a value is present, otherwise it will use the calculate value as a default.
- The user should insert values in either the points value or assigned value.
- If both assigned and points value columns are blank then no default will be issued.
- The user may override any default value by typing in the desired value on the Administrator screen.
