Health Alerts
Report For - Student's full name
SIDNO - Student identification number
Grade - Grade level of the student
Conditions
- If the student has conditions, the details will be displayed.
Allergy Information
- If the student has allergies, the descriptions will be displayed.
Medication
- If the student has medication allergies the medical treatment will be displayed.
Diet Information
- If the student has a special diet, the description and restrictions will be displayed.
Health Comments
- The comments about the student's health will be displayed.
Print
Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen and a print servlet window will appear. Then click the printer icon at the top right and another print servlet will appear. Finally, click the print button at the top left to print the report.
