This report will provide a 7 week attendance log sheet by homeroom.

Menu Location

Student > Reports > Homeroom Log 7 Week

Setup Options

Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.

District - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. The user will be limited to their district only.

School - Default value is based on the user's security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.

Grade - Leave blank or select all to include all grade levels. Otherwise, choose the desired grade level.

Teacher - Name of the teacher of the course in which the student is enrolled.

Class Period - A numeric value that indicates the period of the day a course is offered according to the Master Schedule Editor. To select all class periods leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list of class periods; to select one or more class periods click in the field and select the desired class period(s) from the popup list.

Semester - To select all semesters leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list of semesters; to select one or more semesters click in the field and select the desired semester(s) from the popup list.

Special Codes - Leave blank if all special codes are to be included in the report. Otherwise, choose the desired special code.

Custom Codes - Select Custom Codes created in the Custom Code Management to filter the student list.

Program - Leave blank if all program codes are to be included in the report. Otherwise, choose the desired program code.

Order To List

  • Homeroom Order - Select to see students in their homeroom class.
  • Classroom Order - Select to see students in their classroom.

Weeks - Select from 3, 7 or 9.

Group Class Periods - Check this box to include group class periods.

Include Students - Check this box to include students.

Include Saturdays - Check this box to include Saturdays.

Log Start - Select the start date of the log to be viewed.

As Of Date - This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.

Sped:

  • All - Select this to show all students.
  • Sped Only - Select this to show Sped only students.
  • Non Sped - Select this to show Non Sped students.

504:

  • All - Select this to show all students.
  • 504 Only - Select this to show 504 only students.
  • Non 504 - Select this to show Non 504 students.

LEP:

  • All - Select this to show all students.
  • LEP Only - Select this to show LEP only students.
  • Non LEP - Select this to show Non LEP students.

OK - Click to continue.

Sch - School number

GD - Student grade of enrollment

Course Name - Course Name

Teacher's Name - Course Teacher's Name

C1 - C4 - Semester 1-4 load count

  • Note that if there is an asterisk in front of the load count number, it indicates that the count is over the max as shown in the Max column

Max - Maximum size

Section - Section number

All homeroom teachers will be listed with their school location and a check box to the left of their names. To print all attendance logs leave all of the homeroom teachers unchecked or select the check box at the top of the list to the left of value. To select only one or more than one roster, click the check box to the left of the desired homeroom teacher name(s).
