This program will print the schedules for individual students, schedules for small groups, or the schedules for all students.
Menu Location
Scheduling > Lists > Print Student Schedules
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to their district only.
School - Default value is based on the user's security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
Filters
Grade - Leave blank or select all to include all grade levels. Otherwise, choose the desired grade level.
Gender - Leave blank or select all to include all genders. Otherwise, choose the desired gender.
Ethnic - Leave blank or select all to include all ethnicities. Otherwise, choose the desired ethnicity.
Special Codes - Leave blank if all special codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired special code.
Team - Leave blank if all team names are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired team.
Homeroom - Leave blank if all homerooms are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired homeroom/teacher to print.
Counselor - Responsible for scheduling, testing, student grades and transcripts. Leave blank if all counselors are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Counselor to select the desired counselor(s) to view.
Advisor - Selects students for this report based on the Advisor that have been assigned to individual students.
Clubs - Leave blank if all clubs are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired club code.
Sports - Leave blank if all sports are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired sport code.
Program - Leave blank if all program codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired program code.
Custom Codes - Select the custom codes created in the Custom Code Management to filter the student list.
Sped:
All - Select to view all Sped students.
Sped Only - Seclect to view only Sped students.
Non Sped - Select to view only non Sped students.
504:
All - Select to view all students.
504 Only - Select to view only 504 students.
Non 504 - Select to view only non 504 students.
LEP:
All - Select to view all students.
LEP Only - Select to view only LEP students.
Non LEP - Select to view only non LEP students.
Show Remote Scheduled - If this box is checked, then those students who come to your school from another school in the district will be listed in addition to regular students.
As of Date - This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.
OK or Cancel to proceed.
Print Option
The options selected here by individual users will not only effect this program, but it will impact Student Schedule Maintenance and iGear> Print Schedules.
Semester - Select the semester(s) to display on the printout of the schedule. This is not a "Order to List" feature.
Class Period - Select the class period(s) to display on the printout of the schedule. This is not a "Order to List" feature.
Scheds Per Page: To limit the number of schedules to be printed per page. If you are going to distribute the schedules to students/parents, then select to print 1 per page.
Order to List - Allows for the list to be sorted in the desired way upon clicking OK. The options for sorting include:
- Alpha Order will sort/print the list alphabetically by the student's last name.
- Grade Order will sort/print the list alphabetically by the student's last name within the student's grade level.
- Homeroom Order will sort/print the list first by homeroom teacher name and then alphabetically by the student's last name.
- Team Order should only be used if your school is using Team Scheduling. Leave blank if all team names are to be included into the report.
- Advisor Order will sort/print the list first by Advisor name then alphabetically by the student's last name.
- Counselor Order will sort/print the list first by counselor name and then alphabetically by the student's last name.
- Class Period Order will order the schedules, first in class period order alphabetically by teacher`s last Name, then by student's last name, by whichever semester is chosen.

Print Bell - Display the bell schedule the student is assigned to. (The "Print Homeroom/Counselor/Team" option must be checked in order for the Bell Schedule to print at the top.)
Print Bell Periods - Display the periods for the bell schedule the student is assigned to.
Print SPC Login Information - Print the student's user name and password on their schedule.
Print Course Long Names Instead of Short Names - Select this option to print the course long name instead of the course short names on the student's schedule when printed. The short name will print if no long name has been assigned to the course.
OK - Click to continue.
Printing Single, Multiple, or All Students' Schedules To print one student's schedule click in the square to left of a student`s name.
To print schedules for multiple students click the square to the left of each name.
To print the schedules for all students click the square found above the list of student names.
Continue the printing process with the following steps.
- After selecting the name(s) of the student(s) click the print button located at the bottom of the page.
- If you included the print comments option in the setup box, a message box will appear. Type the message for the students using up to six lines in the comment box; then click continue.
- A print preview appears on the screen. Click the printer icon at the bottom right of the print preview. Then click the print button at the top right of the preview window.
OK or Cancel to proceed.

Student Name - Student's name.
SIDNO - Student's Identification Number.
GD - Student's grade of enrollment.
Homeroom - Student's homeroom.
Dis - Student's district of enrollment.
Sch - Student's school of enrollment
Counselor - Student's current counselor.
Advisor - Student's current advisor.
Team - Student's current team.

Setup - Click to go back to the Setup box.
Print - This will allow the user to print the report.
