On the Zone Approval tab, since parents are able to request a school outside of their physical address zone, the school official can create a zone approval code.
Fill in the student's information and and choose submit. You will receive a pop up with a zone approval code.
- Parents can also update the student's record with another ZAP code after the first ZAP code has been saved.
Column Headers
Delete - Click on this to delete information.
Year - Year for Out of Zone Request.
Name - Student's name.
DOB - Student's date of birth.
Req Sch - Student's out of zone transfer to Request School.
Appr Sch - Student's out of zone approved school.
OOZ Code - Student's out of zone code.
App Code - Student's zone approval code.
Begin Date - Begin date for out of zone request.
End Date - End date for out of zone request.
Reg Name - User who entered student's approval code.
Reg Date - Date the student's approval code was entered.
Approved By - User who created student's approval code.
Approved Date - Date the approval code was created.
Address Line 1 - Student's home address.
Apt/Lot/Ste - Apartment #, Lot #, or Suite #.
City - City name of student's address.
State - State name of student's address.
Zip - Zip code of student's address.
Zip 4 - Four digit extension of the zip code.
