Print Options

  1. Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Click the printer icon at the top. A second print servlet will appear.
  3. Be sure to load your printer with the labels positioned correctly.
  4. Click the print button at the top left to print the labels.
  5. Close the original print servlet window.

If labels do not print properly from the instructions above, there may be a need to try some different procedures.

  1. Try checking Fit to Page/Paper on the second print servlet screen as described above. The label display will shrink to better fit the labels. If you do not see the wording actually shrink, you may need to toggle (uncheck and re-check) the Fit To Page/Paper check box. Then choose Print.
  2. Try using your printer's preferences by clicking on the Download (down arrow), then save and name the labels as a PDF to your desktop. Open from your desktop using "Adobe Acrobat" to print. Download an "Adobe Acrobat" if you do not have it. Note that by using this method, the labels will shrink like the Fit to Page/Paper method above.
  3. Go to the section Page Sizing & Handling or Print Using System Dialog to make your own adjustments:
    • Change Custom scale to 94% first, then keep adjusting until it fits well.
    • Check Shrink Over-sized pages
    • Orientation - Check Auto portrait/landscape
    • If none of these choices appear, look for words like More Settings, Scale, Custom, Fit To Page, Preferences, Format, then look for adjustments like Numbers, Percentages, etc.
  4. Try disabling the Chrome PDF viewer by going to "Chrome://plugins".
    • Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
    • Save (choose location to save to)
    • Click Save
    • Open the saved file
    • Click File on the task bar
    • Click Print
