How-to
- Open WebPams, select "Scheduling" from the left side of the screen
- Under "Entry", select "Obtain Feeder Students"
- Verify Setup information:
- Click in the field to choose "Export Students from Year" (ex. 1112)
- Click in the field to choose "Export Students to Year" (ex. 1213)
- "Sending School" should be defaulted based on your security
- Click in the field to choose "Receiving School"
- Click in the field to choose "Student Grades to Process"; if grade -1 is selected, a codes list for preK students to be rolled up will appear on the screen; uncheck any code for which a preK student will not promote to Kindergarten; then click ok
- Click in the field to choose "SBLC Codes to Process", select the SBLC codes for student transfer selection; any student with NO SBLC code, or with a SBLC code you select will be transferred to the destination school.
- Review questions and check or uncheck as needed
- "Upgrade Grade of Students Who passed"
- "Replace Matching Student Grades"
- "Clear out Bus Numbers"
- "Match on Next School Only"
- Click "Proceed"
