NOTE: This program will identify duplicate attendance records. Within the report you will have the ability to delete any duplicates that are found.

  1. Select Attendance from program area on the left of the screen.
  2. Select Lists.
  3. Under Lists, select Attendance Duplication Audit.
  4. The Setup Box will appear on the screen.
  5. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  6. Click OK to move to the next screen.


Definitions of Column Headers

Name--Student Name
Sidno--Student local ID number
GR--Grade level of the student
Homeroom--Student's homeroom teacher assignment
School--School in which the student is enrolled
RecNum--Record number generated by the software when an attendance record is created
RecDate--Date of the attendance record
Check Out--Check out information related to the attendance record; check out time, check out code, and description
Check In--Check in information related to the attendance record; check in time, check in code, and description
Reason--Identifies the reason the record has been included on this report.
DUP--duplicates
ERR--erroneous
OOR--out of range
VAC--weekend/vacation


Buttons at the Bottom of the Report

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats.
    • Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
    • A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
    • The default print option will be PDF.
    • Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
    • To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
    • Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
    • Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
  3. Help: Opens the JCampus instructions and videos.
