This report will give a count of assignments in WebGradeBook for each teacher/class in a given grading period.

How-to

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Grades, then Count, then Assignment Audit.
  2. On the setup options, set the current Year, District, School, and Grade.
  3. Set Marking Period of your school.
  4. Next to the word Report, click in the down arrow and set to “>=” (greater than, equal to)
  5. To the left of the word Assignment(s), set to “0” Also, the report can be set to “Equal or greater than”, “Equal to” or “Less than or equal” by choosing the appropriate Report option and corresponding number of assignments.
  6. For Report Type at bottom of setup box, choose Summary.
  7. Select Exclude Non-Displayed Assignments.
  8. Click OK to move to the next screen.
  9. The report usually takes a couple minutes to produce results, so a little wait time is not uncommon.
