Resident Teacher Mentor Fast Loader

This program allows users a way to assign a Mentor teacher to a Resident teacher. This program will automatically update the Qualifications tab in Human Resource Master.

Menu Location

Human Resources> Loaders> Resident Teacher Mentor Fast Loader

Setup

Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.

District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to the user's district only.

School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.

Active Only - This choice will show only users who have contracts that are active on the as of date.

As of Date - This choice will list only users who have contracts as of the date selected.

Update Second Mentor - This option allows for the program to update the second Mentor instead of the first Mentor.

Object Code - This option helps to limit the list of possible mentors in the right table.

Function Code - This option helps to limit the list of possible mentors in the right table.

HR Position - The option helps to limit the list of possible mentors in the right table.

HR Department - This option helps to limit the list of possible mentors in the right table.

HR Custom Codes - This option helps to limit the list of possible resident teachers in the left table. Please note that this option requires the use of the As of Date field on the setup box to correctly determine who currently has the selected codes.

Column Headers Left Side

Site - Site code District or School.

Staff ID # - Local ID for Staff.

Staff Name - Staff member's name.

Resident Placement % -

Mentor - Name of the resident staff member's mentor.

Mentor ID - ID of the resident staff member's mentor.

Second Resident Placement % -

Second Mentor - Name of the resident staff member's second mentor.

Second Mentor ID - ID of the resident staff member's second mentor.

Staff ID - Mentor's identification number.

Staff Name - Mentor's name.
