About Google Chrome (newest version)
- On the top right corner of screen, click on the three dots.
- Hover over "Help" and then slide over to "About Google Chrome".
- Let the newest version update and then restart the browser.
Clear Browsing Data (Clear Cache)
- On the top right corner of screen, click on the three dots.
- Hover over "More Tools".
- Click on “Clear Browsing Data”.
- Choose settings below:
- Time Range: All Time
- check - Browsing history
- check - Download history
- check - Cookies and other site data
- check - Cached images and files
- no check - Passwords
- no check - Autofill form data
- no check - Content settings
- no check - Hosted app data
- no check - Media licenses
- Click on “Clear Data”
- Close the Settings tab at the top
- Reload JCampus by clicking the circle arrow on the left end of the web address.
Unblock Popups (Print jobs do not display)
- The user will see a popup blocker icon in the upper right corner as shown below.
- Click on the popup icon. In the dialog box, (1)Click "Always allow popups from...." and (2)Click the hyperlink as shown below.
- The print preview will now be displayed.
- From now on, the print jobs will show in Google Chrome.
OR
- On the top right corner of screen, click on the three dots.
- Choose Settings.
- Scroll down to Advanced and click on it.
- Under Privacy and Security, choose Content Settings, then Pop Ups.
- Slide the dot from Blocked to Allowed.
- If you do not want all websites to be allowed, you also have the option to Block certain websites and to Allow certain websites.

- Click on the up arrow
- Choose “Settings”
- Under On Startup, choose “Open a Specific Page or Set of Pages”
- Click on the blue “Set Pages”
- Click in the box by “Add New Page”
- Type in your URL Address
- Click “OK”

- A list of toolbars will be displayed. On the right of each will be a check box by "Enable". Click to remove the check or delete using the trash can. See illustration below:
