When a user forgets their password, they can "Reset Password" by following these instructions.

- Please enter your username
- Click Continue
- Please answer your secret questions
- Click Continue
- Please enter your new password
- Confirm Password
- Click Continue
- Password Reset Successful
- Click Continue
- Will return to Sign In screen
