Bell Schedule Loader video

YOU MUST HAVE A BELL SCHEDULE TO MAKE THIS PROGRAM WORK CORRECTLY

If your school has different bell schedules for different student groups, this program provides a means by which students are assigned to a specific bell schedule.


  1. Select Student Master in the program list on the left side of the screen.
  2. Select Loaders.
  3. Select Bell Schedule Loader.
  4. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for standard setup options.
  5. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
  6. The students will be listed on the screen.
  7. The display will include student local IDs, student name, grade, and assigned bell schedule.
  8. The display will also include list of available bell schedules on the right side of the screen.
  9. To load the same bell schedule to all students on the screen:
    • Click the check box at the top of the bell schedule column.
    • An asterisk (*) will appear in the column by all student names.
    • Select the bell schedule from the list on the right.
    • All asterisks will be replaced with the selected schedule.
    • A message that all records have been updated will appear.
    • Click OK.
  10. To load a bell schedule to multiple students or a single student:
    • Click in the bell schedule by the name(s) of the student(s) that need the same bell schedule.
    • An asterisk (*) will appear in the bell schedule cell by the selected name(s).
    • Select the bell schedule from the list on the right.
    • All asterisks will be replaced with the selected schedule.
    • A message that all records have been updated will appear.
    • Click OK.


Printing the Report

  1. To Print the report click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. A print dialog box appears on the screen.
  3. Select the non-editing PDF version and click print button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click Print at the bottom of the window.
  5. If there is no gray rectangle at the bottom right of the window, move your cursor to this area and the gray box will appear.
  6. Click the printer icon at the right end of the gray box for a print dialog box to appear.
  7. Click the Print button at the top right of the screen and this window will disappear.
  8. Close the print preview.
