THIS PROGRAM IS NO LONGER USED FOR EAGLE UPLOADS AS OF 2016!!! EAGLE is pulled from DRC E-Direct Export.


This program will give the user the ability to export the teacher, student, and class files needed to submit to Eagle. When the user clicks Export, the files will be saved to the new JDrive.

Student > Interfaces > DRC-E Direct Export

Setup Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

File Versions

  • Student Version 1.0 - used with the training site
  • Student Version 1.4 - used with the live site
  • Student Version 2.0 - same as 1.4 except kindergarten grade is sent as "K" instead of "00".
  • Teacher (No Version Number?) - Was used last year, but not this year
  • User (No Version Number?) - Exports teachers in the master schedule to create new logins to the DRC site
Export SIS School - Select to report the student's SIS school
PII Agreement -This option only applies when exporting student records. Select PII if you district has opted into the LDOE data sharing agreement which exports the student's full name and birth date.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.


Column headings will differ based on the tab chosen from the bottom of the report.


Tabs at the bottom of the report

  • Class Information -- Record type 1 with information detailing the class
  • Teacher Information -- Record type 2 with school, teacher ID, teacher's first, middle, and last name
  • Teacher/class Information -- Record type 4 with school ID, teacher ID and class code
  • Student Information -- Record type 3 with school ID, student ID, first, middle, last name of student, DOB, grade and gender
  • Student/class Information -- Record type 5 with school ID, student ID, and class code
  • Course/ST Code Error List -- List of state code errors from the report
  • Teacher Error Listing -- List of teacher with errors


Print Options

Print - This will allow the user to print the report.


Export -- exports the Eagle Upload file to JDRIVE to be saved. The export creates a file with all three (3) files (teacher, student, and class) needed to upload to the website.

Double click the DRC folder to view the file(s) created.

Right-click on each file individually and click download. The files opens in a print preview.

Right click the print preview and choose 'save as', name the files and upload to Eagle website.
