How to Enter and Exit Extension Academy Students

A. In Student Master, exit the student from the regular learning program

Find the student in student master. Click on "Leave Date" field.
In the "Leave Code" field, browse down and select the code "EA 45 E Completed Requirements / Attending Extension Academy".
In the "Leave Date" field, enter the appropriate leave date. Click the "Close" button.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the student master screen to save the leave information.

B. In Student Master, re-enroll the student.

Click on the "Entry Date" field.
In the "Entry Code" field, browse down and select the code "EA C4 entry to Extension Academy (option B)".
In the "Entry Date" field, enter the appropriate entry date. Click the "Close" button.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the student master screen to save the leave information.
