Term Grades Report video

  1. Decide to either look at the marking period grades for one student, one student projected, or the whole class, whole class projected.
  2. Projected will show the projected semester/final grade if it was computed during the current grading period.
  3. If you want the report for the whole class then skip the next step.
  4. If only looking at one student, highlight that student's name.
  5. At the top of the Gradebook, click on Reports.
  6. Choose Grades, then Term Grades Report.
  7. A sub menu will appear, select Selected Student or Selected Student Projected to print one student's marking period grades, or click All Students or All Students Projected to see the whole class on the report.
  8. A print preview of the Term Grades Report will appear. Click the printer icon at the top right. Another print servlet will appear. Click the print button at the top left to print the report.
  9. The marking period grades from the Average column in the gradebook will show in the report`s P1, P2, P3, and P4 columns. These grades are averaged by Grades> Recalc Assignment Grades in the gradebook.
