Unsafe Schools Report

Video How-To

This report gives an incident comparison of the current school year and the previous school year.

How-To

1. Log into WebPams page
2. On the left, click on Discipline
3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
4. Click on Unsafe Schools Report that appears under List
5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
   • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
   • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
6. Enrollment: Defaults to Total Enrollment. Click on the down arrow to make the selection of October 1st.
7. Active Only: Click in the square to the left of Active Only for this selection or un-check to see the report for all students that have attended the school during the year.
8. Active Date: Date defaults to today`s date. This date may be changed by clicking on the down arrow(s) or by clicking on the calendar to the right of the line.
9. Show: Click the radio button to make the selection of either All, Sped Only, or Non-Sped.
10. Show: Click the radio button to make the selection of either All, 504 Only, or Non-504.
11. Click the OK button to begin the Unsafe Schools Report.

Definitions of Column Headers

1. C: Number represents the incidents
2. U: Unsafe schools criteria
   • A: Unsafe schools criteria A (Limit 1%)
   • B: Unsafe schools criteria B (Limit 4%)
   • C: Unsafe schools criteria C (Limit 6%)
   • X: Unsafe schools Does Not Meet Criteria (No limit)
3. ISS: The current school year ISS: All of the incidents are listed for this year
4. PY ISS: Prior year ISS: All of the incidents are listed for this year
5. OSS: The current school year OSS: All of the incidents are listed for this year
6. PY OSS: Prior year OSS: All of the incidents are listed for this year
7. SIS1: The current school year SIS1: All of the incidents are listed for this year
8. PY SIS1: Prior year SIS1: All of the incidents are listed for this year
9. SIS2: The current school year SIS2: All of the incidents are listed for this year
10. PY SSI2: Prior year SIS2: All of the incidents are listed for this year
11. SIS3: The current school year SIS3: All of the incidents are listed for this year
12. PY SIS3: Prior year SIS3: All of the incidents are listed for this year
13. SIS4: The current school year SIS4: All of the incidents are listed for this year
14. PY SSI4: Prior year SIS4: All of the incidents are listed for this year

Buttons at the Bottom of the Hot List

1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
