How-To
- Log into WebPams page
- On the left, click on Discipline
- Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word “List”
- Click on Detention List that appears under List
- Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
- Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
- District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
- Start Date and End Date both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
- Click OK once all setup options have been set properly
Definitions for the Headers
- DSch:Student`s School where Referral was recorded
- Name:Student`s name
- Sidno:Student`s ID number
- District:Student`s district
- ESch:Student`s school of enrollment
- Ref No:Referral number
- Referral Date:Referral date
- Sign Date:Disciplinarian sign date
- ISS Begin Date:Date ISS starts
- ISS End Date:Date ISS ends
- SIS Action:SIS action date
- Admin 1:Admin action Code 1
- Admin 2:Admin action Code 2
- Admin 3:Admin action Code 3
- Admin 4:Admin action Code 4
- OSS Begin Date:Date OSS starts
- OSS End Date:Date OSS ends
- Expel:Displays if a student is expelled
- Transfer:Is student expelled to another school
- Expel Begin Date:Date the expulsion begins
- Exped End Date:Date the expulsion ends
- Incident:SIS incident code
- Weapon:Weapon code
- Bus:Displays if this is a bus referral
- Err Code-Error code(s) associated with this referral
Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Audit
- Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
- Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
- Help: This button is NOT activated.
- Error Code List-List of error codes from the referral
