About

All referrals are broken down into two categories, Minor and Major.

  • Minor referrals are those referrals that are predominately done by teachers but Code 6 Referred to the office under the "Action Taken By Teacher ..." is not marked on Referral Page 2.
If the referral is a Minor and Code 6 is not checked on Referral Page 2, it will send a call to the parents immediately when the referral is created.
If the referral is a Minor and Code 6 is checked on Referral Page 2, no call is made to parents until the Administrative Action has been added on the Admin page.
  • Major referrals are those that have been marked Code 06 Referred to the office under the "Action Taken By Teacher ..." on referral page 2. Another Major referral is when administrators have taken action by adding information on the Admin page of the referral using "Action Taken by Administrator".
Normally an email is sent to the administrator when this occurs.
If the referral is a Major, it immediately sends a call to parents when the referral is created.
