About
All referrals are broken down into two categories, Minor and Major.
- Minor referrals are those referrals that are predominately done by teachers but Code 6 Referred to the office under the "Action Taken By Teacher ..." is not marked on Referral Page 2.
- If the referral is a Minor and Code 6 is not checked on Referral Page 2, it will send a call to the parents immediately when the referral is created.
- If the referral is a Minor and Code 6 is checked on Referral Page 2, no call is made to parents until the Administrative Action has been added on the Admin page.
- Major referrals are those that have been marked Code 06 Referred to the office under the "Action Taken By Teacher ..." on referral page 2.
- Normally an email is sent to the administrator when this occurs.
- Another Major referral is when administrators have taken action by adding information on the Admin page of the referral using "Action Taken by Administrator".
- If the referral is a Major, it immediately sends a call to parents when the referral is created.
