How-to

  1. Log into WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on SBLC
  3. Under SBLC, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
  4. Click on EDIT Tracking that appears under List
  5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
  6. Grade: The cell defaults empty (all grades). Click in the cell to make a selection of certain a grade(s).
  7. Stats At Risk Points Limit: Defaults to 0. User may highlight the 0 and type the points he/she wants in the report.
  8. Limit Students by Points: the "square" defaults to blank.(will not limit students by points). If the user wants to limit students by check the "square".
  9. Show Students with Points >: Cell defaults to blank. Click in the cell and type the number of student points to be greater than.
  1. Student Master: Click on Student Master to bring up "Student Master Options"
    • Student Master Options
      • Include: The square will default to blank. If the user wants to include the following options click in the square.
        • Percent: Defaults to 100%. This may be changed by highlighting the 100 and typing the percent that the user wants to use.
        • Threshold Points: Defaults to 0. This may be changed by highlighting the 0 and typing the percent that the user wants to use.
        • Older Student Years: Type the age limit
          • Set Weights: Click on "Set Weights" and a "Weight Options" box will populate. Each of the weights in each category may be changed by clicking in the cell, highlight the defaulted 0, then type the weight needed for the report. Click OK to move back to the "Student Master Options".

Click OK to move back to the original setup box.

  1. Discipline: Click on "Discipline" to bring up "Discipline Options"
    • Discipline Options: See the following items
      • Include: The square will default to blank. If the user wants to include the following options click in the square.
        • Percent: Defaults to 100%. This may be changed by highlighting the 100 and typing the percent that the user wants to use.
        • Year To Date: Set these dates below.
          • From: Defaults to today`s date. These may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrow(s) or click on the calendar to the right of the row.

  1. Attendance: Click on Attendance to bring up "Attendance Options".
      • Include: The square will default to blank. If the user wants to include the following options click in the square.
        • Percent: Defaults to 100%. This may be changed by highlighting the 100 and typing the percent that the user wants to use.
        • Skip: Defaults to blank. The system will not skip any codes. Click in the cell and a pick box populates with all of the "Attendance Codes". User may select any codes to "skip" by clicking in the square
        • Year To Date: Set these dates below.
          • From: Defaults to today`s date. These may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrow(s) or click on the calendar to the right of the row.
          • To: Defaults to today`s date. These may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrow(s) or click on the calendar to the right of the row.
        • Transactions>: Defaults to 0. The 0 may be highlighted and the user may type the number of transactions

      • Marking Period: Defaults to Current. User may click in the cell to make the marking period needed.
      • Percent: Defaults to 100%. User may click in the cell to make the percent needed.
      • GPA Less Than: Defaults to 0. User may click in the cell to make the GPA Less Than 0 to GPA needed.
      • GPA Points Down >: Defaults to 0. User may click in the cell to make the GPA Points Down > to GPA Points needed.

Click OK to move back to the original setup box.

Definitions of Column Headers

  1. Student Name: Student`s name
  2. Sidno: Student ID number
  3. GD: Grade of student
  4. Age: Age of student
  5. Student Pts: Total points earned by the student
  6. Discipline: Number of referrals and type
  7. Attendance: Number of days absent
  8. GPA: GPA of student
  9. SBLC: Indicates if the student has a SBLC referral
  10. Stats Pts: Points from the statistics

Attendance Year/Attendance Period-Discipline Year/Discipline Period-SBLC Year/SBLC Period date ranges-These ranges were set in the sub-setup boxes.


Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Points List

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
