YOU MUST HAVE A BELL SCHEDULE TO MAKE THIS PROGRAM WORK CORRECTLY

If your school has different bell schedules for different student groups, this program provides a means by which students are assigned to a specific bell schedule.


  1. Log in to WebPams.
  2. Select Student Master in the program list on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Loaders.
  4. Select Bell Schedule Loader.
  5. The Setup Box will appear.
  6. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  7. Select the As of Date.
  8. Select Gender. Leave the Gender field blank if all genders are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender(s) to be included.
  9. Select Ethnic. Leave the Ethnic field blank if all ethnics are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Ethnic to select the desired ethnic(s) to be included.
  10. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Grade to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  11. Select Homeroom. Leave the Homeroom field blank if all homerooms are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Homeroom to select the desired homeroom(s) to be included.
  12. Select Sport. Leave the Sport field blank if all sports are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Sport to select the desired sport(s) to be included.
  13. Select Club. Leave the Club field blank if all clubs are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Club to select the desired club(s) to be included.
  14. Select Program. Leave the Program field blank if all programs are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Program to select the desired program(s) to be included.
  15. Click in the Semester field to select which semester bell schedule to be loaded.
  16. Select the Class Period. Leave the Class Period blank if all class periods are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Class Period to select the class period(s) to be included.
  17. Select the Room Number. Leave the Room Number blank if all class periods are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Room Number to select the room number(s) to be included.
  18. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
  19. The students will be listed on the screen.
  20. The display will include student local IDs, student name, grade, and assigned bell schedule.
  21. The display will also include list of available bell schedules on the right side of the screen.
  22. To load the same bell schedule to all students on the screen:
    • Click the check box at the top of the bell schedule column.
    • An asterisk (*) will appear in the column by all student names.
    • Select the bell schedule from the list on the right.
    • All asterisks will be replaced with the selected schedule.
    • A message that all records have been updated will appear.
    • Click OK.
  23. To load a bell schedule to multiple students or a single student:
    • Click in the bell schedule by the name(s) of the student(s) that need the same bell schedule.
    • An asterisk (*) will appear in the bell schedule cell by the selected name(s).
    • Select the bell schedule from the list on the right.
    • All asterisks will be replaced with the selected schedule.
    • A message that all records have been updated will appear.
    • Click OK.


Printing the Report

  1. To Print the report click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. A print dialog box appears on the screen.
  3. Select the non-editing PDF version and click print button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click Print at the bottom of the window.
  5. If there is no gray rectangle at the bottom right of the window, move your cursor to this area and the gray box will appear.
  6. Click the printer icon at the right end of the gray box for a print dialog box to appear.
  7. Click the Print button at the top right of the screen and this window will disappear.
  8. Close the print preview.
