How-To

  1. Log into WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on Discipline
  3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word Count
  4. Click on Discipline Report by Teacher/Grade that appears under List
  5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • Date From and Date To Date From defaults to the first day of school. Date to defaults to the last day of school. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
    • Grade: Defaults to blank, this will show all grades, or click in the cell and choose the grades needed for the report from the pick box.
    • Ethnic: Defaults to blank, this will show all ethnics, or click in the cell and choose the ethnic(s) needed for the report from the pick box.
    • Show: Click in the radio button that corresponds for the user`s needed report.(All, Sped Only, and Non-Sped)
    • Referral Type: Click in the radio button that corresponds for the user`s needed report.
  6. Show Remote Scheduled Only.(All, Teacher, or Bus)
  7. Click the OK button to begin the Discipline Report by Teacher/Grade.

Definitions of Column Headers

  1. Staff ID: ID number of the staff member
  2. Teacher Name: Name of teacher
  3. Nature of Incidents Description: Headers that come after Teacher name are the Incident Description codes are listed.(Codes that a teacher uses to describe the incident(s) committed by a student)

Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Report by Teacher/Grade

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
