Video How-To

How-To

  1. Log into WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on Discipline
  3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
  4. Click on Incident/Action Taken Matrix that appears under List
  5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • From Date and To Date both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
    • Active Only: Check the box for active only students
    • 'Show:
    • Numbers: Select the radio button the corresponds with the desired data needed
    • Type: Select the radio button the corresponds with the desired data needed either Numbers or Percentage
    • Incident Codes: The cell may be left blank to select all codes or click in the cell to make a selection of a particular code(s)
    • Show Remote Scheduled Only: Check the box if only remotely scheduled are to be shown.
  6. Click the OK button to begin the Incident and Action Taken Matrix

  1. Incident: Incident Code and Description
  2. 01 White: Referrals for Admin Action `01 Held Conference with Student for Ethnicity `White`
  3. 01 Black: Referrals for Admin Action `01 Held Conference with Student for Ethnicity `Black`
  4. 01 Hispanic: Referrals for Admin Action `01 Held Conference with Student for Ethnicity `Hispanic`
  5. 01 Asian: Referrals for Admin Action `01 Held Conference with Student for Ethnicity `Asian`
  6. 01 Native American: Referrals for Admin Action `01 Held Conference with Student for Ethnicity `Native American`
