The History - Info1 tab provides a check list of health conditions that can be associated with a student. Additionally, text boxes are provided to add additional details.
- Choose appropriate conditions by checking one or more items.
- Text boxes are available at the bottom.
- Remember to click the “Save” button at bottom of the screen to save the information.
