How-to

  1. Log into WebPams
  2. On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on "Lists"
  3. Under "Lists", select "Census Report"
  4. On the setup box
    • Select the desired "Year"
    • "District" and "School" should be defaulted based on security
    • The "As of Date" limits the list to only those students who are active on the date selected
    • For security purposes, the social security number will not be displayed on the Alpha/Recruiter List. To have the social security number appear on the list, check the box "Show SSN"
  5. Click "OK" after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired. A list of students will appear based on the settings of the setup box
  6. All list programs are numbered along the left side so you can see a total.
