How-to for Teachers

  1. Log into JCampus and select WebGradebook from the left side of the screen.
  2. In the bottom left of the screen verify the Year
  3. Select the Course.
  4. Select the Grading Period.
  5. Click the Attendance icon at the top of the screen.
  6. The screen will change to the posting attendance screen and the roster of students will be the same class roster from WebGradebook.
  7. Locate the Out column
  8. The, find the student that needs to check out and click in the cell to the right of the student’s name in the “Out” column
  9. A list of attendance reasons will appear. Select the appropriate reason for the checkout
    • If the checkout reason is a medical reason, an additional box will appear listing medical reasons. Find the medical reason that best fits the situation
    • To the left of the medical reasons are check boxes in columns labeled “MI”, “MO”, and “SE”.
      1. MI = Mild
      2. MO = Moderate
      3. SE = Severe
    • Select the appropriate severity of the medical reason for the student’s checkout


How-to for Administrators, Counselors and other Staff

  1. Log into WebPams
  2. On the left, Click on "Attendance"
  3. Under "Entry", select "Post Attendance"
  4. On the setup box
    • Select the desired "Year"
    • "District", and "School" should be defaulted based on security
