- In the Calendar Editor, start with a clear screen.
- Choose the same School.
- Enter a different Calendar Code from the original school record.
- The remaining type 10 fields can be chosen to fit the new calendar's needs. Example: Class Periods can be different from the original school record.
- Grade levels can NOT be the same and/or overlap the original school record. All grade levels must be supported by the Sponsor Site Editor records.
- Click on Save.
- Now after clicking on Find, there will be two rows of the same school.
- Now "Copy This Calendar Set" can be used to copy over the type 20-60 records to the additional school.
