The Scoliosis Screenings program allows the nurse to enter scoliosis screening results quickly for a listing of students.

Getting Started

  1. In the let navigation panel of WebPams, select Health. Next, click on Loaders, then Scoliosis Screenings.

Setup Options

  1. Year: Defaults to current year.
  2. District: Defaults to district number associated with the login of the user.
  3. School: Click to select the desired school.
  4. Grade: Click t o select the grade level(s) of students to be listed.
  5. Nurse: The Nurse associated with the login will be displayed here.
  6. As of Date: Enrolled date of students to be displayed. Defaults to current date.
  7. Screened On: Select the date for which the Scoliosis screenings will be posted to each student.
  8. Roster Type: Click to display the listing of students by Homeroom, Class, or Grade.
    • If Homeroom was selected: The next active selection will be Homeroom. Click to select the desired homeroom.
    • If Class was selected: The next active selection will be Class. Click to select the desired class of students.
    • If Grade was selected, the grade level selected in the Grade selection will be used to determine the listing of students.
  9. Default To: Select the default result of Scoliosis screenings. This will be initially displayed for each student, but the user can change individual student's results.
    • Default choices are: Pass, Fail, Attempted, Not Tested.
  10. Click the Ok button to begin the entry of BMI data on the students.

  4. The user clicks in the Results cell of a student, or group of students that have the same result. An asterisk (*) will be placed in each cell.
    • Example: All Students who Pass, click in the Results cell to place an asterisk marker.
  5. On the right, click the Pass result.
  6. The screen will update indicating that the results have been loaded for each student. At this time, Scoliosis results will have been loaded for each student selected.
  7. Next, repeat the same procedure for any student, or groups of students, who may have a result of Fail or Not Tested.
  8. When done, click the Setup button to work with a different listing of students.
