How-to

  1. In the lower left corner of the WebGradebook, verify that the correct year is selected
  2. To the right of the year and teacher name field, select the course
  3. To the right of the section, select the marking period
  4. Note: At this point, a decision needs to be made to either look at the marking period grades for one student or the whole class. If only looking at one student, click on that student's name
  5. At the top of the WebGradebook, click on "Reports"
  6. Click "Term Grades Report"
  7. A sub menu will appear, select "Single Student" to print one student's marking period grades, or click "All Students"
  8. A print preview of the Term Grades Report will appear. At this time print or save the report
