Video How-to
- Click Reports at the top of Gradebook.
- Hover over Rosters. A new menu list will appear at the right.
- Select Student Permissions.
- The user can view or print a list of the student's permissions, general and custom.
- Below is a list of general permissions.
- Video/Photo - Yes/No permission to video/photograph the student
- Internet - Yes/No permission for the student to access Internet while on campus
- Public List - Yes/No permission to remove student from public lists
- AUP - Yes/No permission for Acceptable Use Policy. (if a student has signed their AUP)
- Consent - It shows student's permission for the school district to provide their personally identifiable information to the LADOE. (DNC or CON)
- Test Evaluation - Yes/No permission for Test Evaluation
- Lev - Yes/No permission for Leave School Permission
- Inv - Yes/No permission for Non Invasive Research Permission
- Int - Yes/No permission for Permission for Child to Access Internet on Campus
- Emr - Yes/No permission for Emergency Routine Medical Permission
- Drm - Yes/No permission for Dorm Counselor/Teacher Medical Permission
- Vis - Yes/No permission for Visual Screening Permission
- Dent - Yes/No permission for Dental Examination Permission
- Tub - Yes/No permission for Tuberculosis (TB) Test Permission
- Acs - Yes/No permission for Disable Student Record Web Access
- OTC - Yes/No permission for OTC Medical Permission
- Bus - Yes/No permission for Bus Transportation to Health Clinic Permission
- Print will allow the user to print the report.
