Title - Title give to the page by the user.

Background Color - The color the user will see behind and between the portlets on the screen.

Border Width - The width, in pixels, of the border around the page.

Border Style - The type of border around the page (Solid line, Dotted line, Dashed line, etc.).

Border Color - The color of the border around the page.

Layout Margin - The number of pixels between the border and the edge of the page.

Member Margin - The number of pixels between the edge of the page and the portlets.

Note - Each portlet has a page setting option to give the user the ability to add borders and adjust the background color of the portlet.
