Print Roster Report video

How-to

1. Click the Reports button at the top of the window.
2. Select Rosters and a menu list will appear on the right.
3. Select Roster Report.
4. A report will appear containing a multitude of student information. See definitions below.
5. SIDNO - State assigned student identification number
6. Last Name - Student's last name
7. First Name - Student's first name
8. Suffix - The generation indicator for males such as Jr., II, III.
9. Grade - Grade of the student
10. Gender - Gender of the student
11. Ethnic - Ethnicity of the student
12. DOB - Date of birth of the student
13. StateID - Student's state assigned state identification number
14. MAddress1 - Student's mailing address first line
15. MAddress2 - Student's mailing address second line
16. MCity - Student's mailing address city
17. MState - Student's mailing address state
18. MZip - Student's mailing address zip code
19. User name - Student's login
20. Diploma - student's special code for the Diploma Pathway
21. Career - Career Options from the Vocational record in Student Master
22. IBC - IBCs are pulled from the DAS system if the DAS system is active in the products table. If not, it will pull from the Vocational record in Student Master.
