Information about a school will appear or be created on the Demographic screen, at the top of the page.
Year - Applicable school year.
District - School district in which the school belongs.
School Name - Official school name registered with the Louisiana Department of Education.
School Number - The last three digits of the site number assigned to the school by the Louisiana Department of Education.
Established Date - The date the school was officially opened.
Closed Date - The date the school was officially closed.
Principal's Title - Dr., Mr., Mrs., etc.
Principal's First Name - First name of the principal or head of the school.
Principal's Last Name - Last name of the principal or head of the school.
Principal's Email Address - E-mail address of the principal or head of the school.

01 – First
02 – Second
03 – Third
04 – Fourth
05 – Fifth
06 – Sixth
07 – Seventh
08 – Eighth
T9 – Transitional Ninth
09 – Ninth
10 – Tenth
11 – Eleventh
12 – Twelfth
15 – Infant Program (3 year olds): *Students must be enrolled in the Special Education SER system to use this grade
20 – Preschool Services (4 year olds): Preschool students, not in a state-approved kindergarten, who are receiving special education services and/or direct/related *services, e.g., speech, OT, PT, etc. * Students must be enrolled and in the Special Education SER system to use this grade
24 – Pre-Kindergarten: Regular Education students who are younger than the age required to enter kindergarten in a particular district. *All pre-*kindergarten students must have a Pre-Kindergarten Funding Source Code. These students should not have active IEPs in SER.

- T9 is generated in the SIS file when a student is flagged with the Special Code of TRA (Transitional) and the school has grade 09 selected in the Sponsor Site Editor. T9 must be manually added to the Louisiana Department of Education's Calender system (SPC) per school on the INSIGHT portal.
- Grades 35 and 40 are no longer valid grade levels. They are available for selection in the Sponsor Site Editor for historical data purposes
- Inside City Limits?: - Check this item if the site is inside the city limits.
- Submit Annual School Report?: - Check this item if data for this site is submitted for the Annual School Report. (Obsolete)
- Submit SIS Batch Files?: - Check this item if data for this site is submitted in SIS to the Louisiana Department of Education.
- Charges Tuition?: - Check this item if the site charges tuition.
- Site Business Partner Count: - Count of 3rd party funders
- Congress District: - Select the Congressional District the site resides in.
- Organizational Pattern Code: - Select the organizational pattern, self-contained, departmentalized, etc., the site follows.
- County/Parish: - Select the county/parish the site resides in.
- Daily Operational Control: - Select the type of agency, local school board, state board, federal board, etc., that controls the site.
- Source of Primary Funding: - Select the primary source of the sites funding, mfp, private, federal, etc.
- Institutional Type: - Select the type of institution of the site, school, adult ed, administrative office, etc.
- Religious Affiliation: - Select the sites religious affiliation, if any.

- Place a check next to the appropriate description of the site.

On this tab, select the Programs that are offered at the school site. The valid Programs are listed below per the Louisiana Department of Education SIS User Guide (some of the programs listed may no longer be offered):
Special Note: Program 49 for Community Eligibility Program must be selected if your district/school qualifies. This information is used when building the SIS file during all processing periods. The SIS build will send either free or paid lunch codes based on the LU1, LU2, and LU3 found in the Student Master record. Students with an LU1 code will be sent as free. Students who have LU2 (reduced) or LU3 (paid) lunch codes will be sent as paid.

Preschool / Head Start Ages Offered - Choose the start age(s) of the students. The school pick list on the registration system (ORS) will obey the values in the non district list and sponsor site for the age of the student, using the "as of the age" on the control panel tab (then Non district schools tab), based on the student`s birth date in ORS and SPC.
Buttons
- Delete - Click to delete site displayed on the screen.
- Help - Click to be taken to the help documentation.
- Clear - Click to clear the screen to begin entering new site information.
- Save - Click after all areas have been entered or updated.
- Prev - Click to move from the currently displayed site to the previous site.
- Next - Click to move from the currently displayed site to the next site.
