This report shows the number and percent of regular and special ed student that have been in ISS or OSS.

Menu Location

On the left navigation panel, select Discipline > Count >Discipline CAP.

Setup Options

Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.

District - Default value is based on your security settings. You will be limited to your district only.

School - Default value is based on your security settings. If you are assigned to a school, the school default value will be your school site code. You will not be able to change this

value. If you are a supervisor or other district office employee with access to the Student Information System, you will be able to run programs for one school, a small group of schools, or

all schools in your district.

From Date and To Date - A set of dates that limits the selection of records for the report to a beginning date (from) and an ending date (to) range.

Grade - Grade level of students whose records need to be edited or whose names are to be included on a report. Leave the field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise,

click in the field to the right of Grade(s) to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.

Ethnic - Ethnicity of students whose records need to be edited or whose names are to be included on a report. Leave the field blank if all ethnics are to be included. Otherwise, click in

the field to the right of Ethnic to select the desired ethnic(s) to be included.

Gender - Gender of students whose records need to be edited or whose names are to be included on a report. Leave the field blank if both genders are to be included. Otherwise, click in

the field to the right of Gender to select the desired gender to be included.

Show Remote Scheduled Only - Click in the square to the left to select remotely scheduled students only.

OK - Click to continue

Column Headers

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

  1. Oct. 1st Enrollment: October 1st enrollment
  2. Cumulative Enrollment: Total enrollment
  3. Mobility Rate: Mobility rate of students
  4. #of All Students with 1 = ISS Days: Number of all students with 1 + ISS Days
  5. %of All Students with 1 + ISS Days: Per Cent of all students with 1 + ISS Days
  6. Total ISS Days: Total ISS days for all students
  7. Average Length of ISS per Incident (days): Average length of ISS per Incident (days)
  8. # of All Students with 1+ OSS Days: Number of all students with 1+ OSS Days
  9. % of All Students with 1+ OSS Days: Percent of all students with 1+ OSS Days
  10. Total OSS Days: Total OSS Days for the school
  11. Total OSS Incident Count: Total OSS Incident Count: Total OSS Incident Count for the school
  12. Average Length of OSS per incident (days): Average length of OSS per incident (days)
  13. Oct. 1st SPED Enrollment: October 1st enrollment, does not include gifted and talented students
  14. Cumulative SPED Enrollment: SPED enrollment, does not include gifted and talented students
  15. % of SPED Students with 1 + OSS Days: Percent of students enrolled as SPED, does not include gifted and talented students
  16. # of SPED Students with 1 + OSS Days: Number of SPED students with 1 + OSS days, does not include gifted and talented students
  17. % of SPED Population with 1 + OSS Days: Percent of SPED population with 1 + OSS days, does not include gifted and talented students

  4. Legend: Click on legend and the print document box opens, click print to bring up and print the legend of incident codes
