  1. Log into WebPams.
  2. Select Discipline on the left of the screen.
  3. Select Count under Discipline.
  4. Select Discipline Eth/Gen/Grd under Count.
  5. The setup box will appear on the screen.


Setup Box Options

  1. Verify Year.
  2. District and School will be defaulted based on permissions set in the security system.
  3. District office personnel will be given the option of select individual schools, small groups of schools, or all schools.
  4. Select the Grade(s) to be included in the report.
  5. Enter the From Date and To Date.
  6. Indicate whether or not to include active onnly students.
  7. Enter the Active As Of date.
  8. Select whether to show Incident or Student count. If a student has 2 referrals, Incident would count him twice and Student would count him only once.
  9. Select which type of Referral to put on the report: Non-Bus Referral or Bus Referral.
  10. The report can also be limited to only one discipline code, more than one, or all codes.
  11. Click “OK” once all setup options have been set properly
  12. A table will display on the screen showing the counts by grade and ethnicity.
  13. To obtain a list of students for a specific category, click the cell count. A popup will appear with the list of student names for the selected count.

  • GD--Grade level
  • W-F--White female count
  • B-F--Black female count
  • H-F--Hispanic female count
  • A-F--Asian female count
  • NA/AN-F--Native American/Alaskan Native female count
  • H/PL-F--Hawaiian/Pacific Islander female count
  • W-M--White male count
  • B-M--Black male count
  • H-M--Hispanic male count
  • A-M--Asian male count
  • NA/AN-M--Native American/Alaskan Native male count
  • H/PL-M--Hawaiian/Pacific Islander male count
  • TF--total female count
  • TM--total male count
  • Total--total count of all students
