When a HP printer software is fully installed, instead of just drivers for the printer, the system fonts that our system uses are replaced with fonts that are not recognized (gibberish). To fix the problem, a similar computer with the same operating system must be found that is working correctly with our system. Copy the fonts from the correct computer onto a flash drive. Take that flash drive to the incorrect computer, delete and replace that computer`s fonts with the fonts on the flash drive.
