NAEP List

This program provides student information for NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress) testing.

Menu Location

On the left navigation panel, select Student Master > Lists > NAEP List.

Setup Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Indicate the name and phone number of the person who is creating the list.

Click OK to move to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• B Month - Student's birth month
• B Year - Student's birth year
• School Lunch--Shows the eligibility of a student for Free Lunch, Reduced Lunch, or Not Eligible.
• SPED--Yes/No indicator indicating whether or not the student is receiving Special Education services.
• English Language Learner--Yes/No indicator whether or not the student is identified with Limited English Proficiency.

Buttons at the bottom of the display

• Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.

• Print--To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.

• Help--Click the Help button on the bottom of the page to view written instructions and/or videos.
