This document will provide instructions for entering course requests for students based on their schedule in the previous year. For example, all students taking Math 7 last year can have Math 8 loaded as a request for the upcoming year.
- Login to WebPams
- Select Scheduling from the categories on the left of the screen.
- Under Entry select Load Student Course Requests.
- The Setup Box will appear.
Setup Box Options
- Verify Year, District and School. Default values are determined by your security settings.
- Stu Grades
- Active Only
- Date
- Show
- Spec Codes
- Include Scheduled Requests
- Allow Multiyear Requests
- Skip Obsolete Courses
- Course Grades
