This program will allow you to create a message via a mobile device.


NOTE: To generate a Voice Recording message you MUST already have at least one recording already created in the Pre-Created Message section of Student Event Messages.


After logging in to the mobile program site, select the Initiate Message button.


The next screen will show the Select Call Destination options:

  • All Students and Staff
  • All Students
  • All Staff
  • Select Students
  • Select Staff


To initiate a message for All Students and Staff follow these steps.

Select the All Students and Staff button to proceed.

Make a selection from the list: Campaign, Voice Recording, Text to Speech or SMS.

  • To use Campaign - The messages must be set up in Message Manager prior to selecting.
  • To use Voice Recording - A recording must already exist. Make a selection from the existing messages, the select Send.
  • To use Text to speech - After selecting this option, give the message a title, type the message, then click Send. A message will pop up on the screen giving the number of students that will receive this message. Select Yes to continue, and No to return to the screen to edit.
  • To use SMS - After selecting this option, give the message a title, type the message, then click Send. A message will pop up on the screen giving the number of students that will receive this message. Select Yes to continue, and No to return to the screen to edit.

  • To use Voice Recording - A recording must already exist. Make a selection from the existing messages, the select Send.
  • To use Text to speech - After selecting this option, give the message a title, type the message, then click Send. A message will pop up on the screen giving the number of students that will receive this message. Select Yes to continue, and No to return to the screen to edit.

The next screen will provide two options: Select Call Group and Select Object Function Code. Make a selection to continue.

  • Select Call Group - Select a call group, then select Next.
  • Select Object Function Code - Select a Object Code, the select Next. Select the corresponding Function Code, then select Next.

Make a selection from the list: Campaign, Voice Recording, Text to Speech or SMS.
